Featuring air conditioning, all bedrooms come with tea/coffee making, safety box and en-suite bathrooms.
1x Ocean Suite (53 Sq.m.) - max occupancy: 3 adults
This well-designed suite is the largest in the entire villa. It can accommodate up to two additional beds.
1x Deluxe Ocean View (37 Sq.m.) - max occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child
Located on the ground floor, the Deluxe Ocean room offers a private terrace with direct access to the pool, garden and the beach.
2x Standard Room (28 Sq.m.) - max occupancy: 2 adults
The Standard rooms offer a generous and comfortable space. It consist of either double bedding or twin bedding.
1x Superior Ocean View (31 Sq.m.) - max occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child
This spacious Superior Ocean room features stylish décor and king-size bed. This room also comes with a large private terrace with sun loungers and views overlooking the Indian Ocean.

The in-villa Chef at Villa 700 presents a menu featuring delectable Sri Lankan, Asian, and Western cuisines. Dining can be either in the main dining/restaurant area or in the garden that overlooks the sea.
