Villa Nuea is a beautiful, modern two-bedroom, three-bathroom, pool villa designed to allow maximum sea views throughout. It’s close to local amenities yet its privacy and elevated position in the hills above Chaweng Noi ensure a tranquil and peaceful

Outdoors it has a wonderful terrace with excellent views to the ocean, lake, bays and ornate flora below. There are sun-loungers and comfy outdoor seating to relax upon and a stunning infinity pool that enhances the views while keeping you cool and relaxed.

Indoors there is a large air-conditioned, open-plan living room, dining room, downstairs bathroom and modern kitchen. And no matter where you sit inside, the picture perfect view of the ocean is always there as the villa has floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The sofas face a wall-mounted TV that streams Netflix and has an integrated sound system, there’s an ample sized dining table for four and a fully-fitted western-style kitchen. It has a cooking hob, an oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you could ever need. And a continental or Chinese breakfast is served every day by the in-house team in your villa. We can also arrange for a private chef to come to your villa and prepare locally sourced produce from the markets for you to enjoy in the comfort of your villa. The villa has also been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with Thai arts and crafts with additional wood carvings and candles throughout adding to the serene and calming ambience.

Villa Nuea has two spacious en-suite double bedrooms above the living area. Both of the bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, have sofas, a work desk for a laptop, plenty of storage space, a safe for your valuables and a connecting balcony to relax in the shade on loungers. The open-plan en-suite bathrooms have a double sink, a powerful rain shower, toilet and further storage space. Plus the bathrooms have been designed in such a way that you can see out to the ocean view from a window in the bathroom but you can’t see in. It’s a mirror on the other side! That allows for lots of natural light to shine through and enables you to enjoy the view – wherever you are in the villa.

Comoon Villas has a fitness room and an all-day reception and concierge service. Your villa manager can arrange car-hire, trips and tours around the island and to neighbouring islands, recommend places of interest to visit and can book a spa therapist to come to your villa and give you a relaxing massage on your balcony. There’s also a villa manager on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your villa has a maid service every day.

Chaweng Noi is nestled in the hills between the two main towns of Chaweng and Lamai and both are only a ten minute drive away. Chaweng has hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, a large shopping mall and a 5km stretch of beach that you can see from your villa. And Lamai also has an almost equal amount of amenities and surrounding beaches.

From your villa you can see downtown Chaweng, the expanse of Chaweng Lake, the small, off-shore island of Koh Som and all the way to Koh Pha Ngan. Villa Nuea offers a wonderful way to experience a blissful villa lifestyle in the year-round tropical sun.
