If you’re feeling like enjoying the fresh breeze, an al fresco dining space is available to enjoy the delicious meals prepared by the in-house chef, and two swimming pols with lounge chairs to lay back and relax. The property comes with a gym, and a wine cellar in the main villa.

POOLS

The villa has two Swimming Pools:
- Master Villa: swimming pool with shallow end (8.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m)
- Guest Villa: swimming pool (9m x 4m x 1.5m)
A pool fence can be installed upon request (at extra charge).

BEDROOMS

The villas has a total of seven En-suite Bedrooms with pool and garden views. All rooms have air-conditioning, blackout curtains, dressing table & chair, sockets are near the bed, in-room safe or safety deposit box, hangers, wardrobe cabinet. Fresh linens are provided. Turn Down Service daily. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided; Hairdryers, Drying/Towel racks are available.

The Master Villa has four bedrooms:

1/ First Floor - Bedroom 4 (1 king bed - en-suite with single vanity, toilet with bidet, indoor rainshower)
2/ Second Floor - Master Bedroom 1 with balcony (1 king bed; Flat-Screen Smart TV with streaming service, local and international channels; Walk-in closet - en-suite with double vanity, toilet with bidet, indoor rainshower)
3/ Second Floor - Bedroom 2 (1 king bed - en-suite with single vanity, toilet with bidet, indoor rainshower)
4/ Second Floor - Bedroom 3 (1 king bed - en-suite with single vanity, toilet with bidet, indoor rainshower)

The Guest Villa has three bedrooms:

5/ Second Floor - Master Bedroom 2 (1 king bed; Flat-Screen Smart TV with streaming service, local and international channels - en-suite with single vanity, toilet with bidet, indoor rainshower)

STAFF

Anaya Manis is primed to offer guests all the comforts of paradise. The villa is staffed with a villa manager, villa attendants, pool attendant, gardener, security service, as well as a private chef upon request. With a reliable team at your service, there’s no whim or fancy that’s too much to ask.
