First of all, it has to be said that the staff on site deserve 10 out of 5 stars. Every single person was incredibly friendly and attentive! The food was amazing as well. Thanks again to the entire crew!The villas are also beautiful; however, the beach in front of them is very poorly maintained, with lots of broken glass and small pieces of plastic waste.We will not be returning because we had negative experiences with the communication with the property owner beforehand and were forced to rent the neighboring villa in addition to Villa Amman due to having two small children (maximum occupancy: 20 people, regardless of age). I believe that at this price level, a bit more flexibility toward customers would be appropriate — especially when it comes to children under the age of two.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Anda for my mums birthday over the Songkran festival.We are 8 adults (4 couples) and a 1yr old child so we used up 4 of the 6 bedrooms. All of the staff were absolutely incredible - special mention for the villa manager, Bo, and Smile.Everything was exceptional and everyone so helpful. For the water festival, Songkran, we had decided we would go and buy water pistols on our first day so that we were prepared but when we got to the villa we saw that they had already bought 8 for us! They also bought little rock sea shoes for my nephew which were adorable!They also got everything that we needed. It was my mums birthday while we were there and it was easy enough to organize an amazing (and delicious) cake and the most gorgeous flowers. We also brought out balloons, a sign and a banner which they helped with. We had a poolside BBQ for the dinner and they decorated the table beautifully with the decorations.The food was incredible as well. Two of our guests work in a Michelin kitchen in the UK and they were also blown away with the food (special mention to the club sandwich and all of the currys!!!)The location is 10/10 as well. Quite enough and private so that you can have privacy whilst also only being a 5 min drive/10-15 min walk into Kamala beach, 30 min drive to the elephant jungle sanctuary to feed the elephants and a 1hr drive for a boat trip and to see the Big Buddha. The views were also amazing - you’re beach front and have amazing views of the sunset - the ones pictured are from 3 nights of our 6 night stay. We watched from the pool every night. The sea is coral so just to be mindful of that but they have sea shoes and flip flops available for you to use at all times of the day.I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be staying here again when we return to Phuket.1,000/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Phuket. There were about six staff members in total, including two who helped us with day-to-day needs, two who continuously cleaned and maintained the property, a chef, and her assistant. Every single person contributed to making our experience truly exceptional.The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. We were traveling with three young children (a four-year-old, a two-year-old, and a seven-month-old), so things could get a little chaotic at times but they handled everything with such patience and warmth. When we had a minor incident outside and someone got hurt, they immediately made sure we had the necessary medicine and checked in on us, which meant so much.They kept the villa spotless at all times. After every swim in the pool or trip to the beach, they quickly and efficiently tidied everything up. What we appreciated most was how they managed to be present whenever we needed them, yet never intrusive. They were easy to communicate with and always willing to accommodate last-minute requests even arranging an in-house massage for us on short notice.The chef was absolutely amazing. We loved every meal she prepared , you could truly taste the experience and care in her cooking. With our children and some allergy considerations, we actually preferred dining at the villa rather than eating out, as it felt both safer and more enjoyable.We are so grateful for this unforgettable stay. We’ve already recommended the villa to friends and would absolutely love to return in the future.

Truely an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay here forever. The booking was so simple, Jean the Villa Operations Manager communicates very well and accommodate our stay to the very best.The Villa booking includes airport pickup and drop off and amazing breakfast. Meals for lunch and dinner can also be prepared. They will purchase the ingredients, keep the receipt for you to pay back after. The Villa had a great team of people to take care of the guests from chef, house keeping, and Villa manager. The team is flexible and able to cater our menus and timings. Whatever we wanted to eat they were able to prepare and serve to us. The whole experience was professional and fun!The villa itself is clean, has cold aircon, spacious, comes with a pool table, ps5 gaming/karaoke room. Also the best thing was that all the bed rooms have an ensuite. Can’t wait to be back!

We went there as a group of 5 couples, using up 5 of their 6 rooms. Spectacular villa with a view of the in-Villa pool and ocean, and a beach that is relatively private.The villa has great vibes, a lovely layout, pastel coloured furnishings, a 12-seat marble-top dining table, a TV and karaoke room and a billiard table.The lounge, dining and entertainment space flow into each other seamlessly. Flanking the dining table is the bar counter, fridge, oven, microwave and wash area. Good quality dining ware and glass ware too to ensure a memorable dining experience with great food and conversations into the wee hours of the night.The best part - the service and in-house dining with an extensive menu of Thai and international cuisine. Villa manager Bo and her deputy Tony were consummate hosts - attentive to our needs and constantly at hand to serve us food and drinks, and arrange transportation when needed. They even arranged sunset cocktails followed by a sumptuous BBQ with the freshest food and ingredients. It was truly a memorable evening.The chef’s cooking in our opinion was better than some of the highly rated restaurants we had visited. The kitchen staff worked hard to meet our every discerning need, and always added a unique touch to the food and its presentation.By the way, the Villa had 3 ensuite rooms below and 3 ensuites on the upper floor. The 2 master bedrooms were well appointed. Though the other rooms were smaller, they were still comfortable and satisfied our needs.A special mention to Bo, the Villa Manager whose grace, hospitality and thoughtfulness in every aspect of service were par excellence. She speaks English well which made interactions very easy. Her deputy Tony was also worth a mention. He seems to appear out of nowhere when we need a drink or a bite.Overall, a spectacular experience and we would recommend Villa Anda anytime!Thanks to the team at Luxury Signature for making our holiday a truly special one.
