We spent 5 nights at Villa Norbu with our extended family in early June and had a fantastic stay.The 6-bedroom villa is spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you'd expect from a Bali retreat — including a cold plunge pool and a sauna. One major plus is that the villa is relatively new (about a year old), so everything is in great working condition.Special thanks to Wira and the team for their warm hospitality. They were attentive and made our stay truly enjoyable. We had a BBQ one evening and ordered Babi Guling on another — both arranged effortlessly by the staff.The third-floor chill-out area offered beautiful sunset views, accompanied by Sonos speakers playing throughout the villa, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.If we had to nitpick, the karaoke system was a bit of a letdown — the song selection felt outdated unless you’re a die-hard Michael Jackson fan.That aside, it’s worth noting that Canggu has changed. The area is now plagued by constant traffic, dirty beaches, ongoing road construction, and a lack of proper walking paths. If you’re planning to simply relax and enjoy the villa without exploring too much, you’ll have an excellent time.

Surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to great local cafes, attractions, and convenience stores.If you’re looking for a serene getaway with great service and stunning ambiance, I highly recommend Villa Norbu. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking — imagine waking up to the sound of birds and the view of rice fields right outside your window.The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed while still respecting our privacy. The villa itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The private pool was a dream — we spent hours just floating and watching the sunset.What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and truly connect with nature. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to central Ubud, while still feeling completely secluded.We couldn’t recommend Villa Norbu enough. They were incredibly attentive to my family and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.Villa Norbu also hosted my wedding, and the team was phenomenal, supportive, gracious, and so helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. We received so many compliments from our guests, not just about the villa itself, but about the energy and care the staff brought to the entire experience.Truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Villa Norbu for any special occasion or just a magical getaway.

Villa is a spacious luxury retreat with great amenities of gym, sauna, cold plunge, big lap pool and home theatre. Excellent enthusiatic staff making our family and friends stay a wonderful relaxing holiday. You can simply veg out or be active with exercises.
