As you arrive, a peaceful garden surrounds a covered parking area for two cars. Step inside and head straight to the entertainment room, where a ping pong table, PS5, and other games promise hours of fun – a favorite spot for both kids and adults. This level also features two bedrooms, ideal for guests wanting easy access to the games area or for families with children. To the left of the entrance, you’ll find stairs leading up to the main living space, as well as a private in-villa sauna and a convenient shower room nearby. The first floor opens up to a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where large windows frame the first views of the sea. Whether you’re relaxing in the lounge, enjoying a meal at the dining table, or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, this space is designed for togetherness. Step out onto the pool terrace to enjoy a refreshing swim or soak up the sun on one of the loungers beside the sea-view pool. Two more en suite bedrooms are located on this level, one on either side of the living area for added privacy. Head up to the top floor via stairs or elevator to discover three more en suite bedrooms, each offering stunning sea views and access to a large sun deck – the perfect place to unwind with a book or enjoy the ocean breeze.

Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Low, High & Prime Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All payments received are forfeited; however, the value of the payments received up to the cancellation date will be credited for a maximum period of nine (9) months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by ‘The Villa’. This credit value may be used by the client or anyone on their behalf, for any reservation providing the equivalent season or lower is applied, during any period upon availability and, exclusively for the same villa reserved initially. The credit cannot be applied to a higher rate season than originally booked - Standard and Prime Seasons: less than 30 days prior to arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated above is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation - Festive Season (Christmas and New Year period): All rental payments are forfeited - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation

The villa is located just five minutes from Bophut, one of Samui’s most charming areas. Once a traditional fishing village, Bophut has kept its character, with seafront shop houses now transformed into restaurants and cafés. The beach stretches for about two kilometers, with calm waters ideal for swimming or water sports like water skiing. At its heart is Fisherman’s Village, known for its relaxed, romantic atmosphere and wide variety of restaurants and bars – perfect for a sunset dinner or a casual evening out.
