Rental conditions
Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on availability, early/late check-in/-out may be available at no extra charge - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 2.9% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - For bookings cancelled more than six months prior the arrival date, there is a 10% charge of the value of the total booking - For bookings cancelled 3- 6 months prior the arrival date, there is a 50% charge - For bookings cancelled less than 3 months prior the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Our family trip to on Ambalama Villa was such a wonderful experience! Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and had the best holiday! The staff took care of our every need, and having a private chef on the property was incredible! We ate so well and the kids loved being able to ask for fresh juice all day long…Villa is pristine, the beds are comfortable, and Villa itself is situated on a beautiful beach, just down the beach is a fun little restaurant, where you can order pizzas, a cocktails, and the kids can play at the beach as well.At the Villa with my husband, and I love the snapper ceviche, our kids enjoyed being able to order any type of food they wanted, and the cocktails each day were amazing !We will absolutely be back for another visit on Ambalama Villa, highly recommend if you need an escape, you will be well taken care of ❤️

Very spacious villa, big enough for 8 people. The infinity pool overlooks a big garden. Direct access to the beach. The chef cooks amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Seafood BBQ is a must! A watchman guards the villa at night so it's pretty safe.

Ambalama is just 5 kilometers from Galle on the south coast of Sri Lanka in the village of Dalawella with its pristine beach and approx 150 km from Colombo International Airport. With the new highway open its a very comfortable and scenic journey which takes 90-150 minutes depending on the traffic conditions.
