Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua and Villa Grand Cliff Ungasan give families and groups of friends the opportunity to experience two of Bali’s finest destination villas complete with jaw-dropping ocean views, welcoming interiors, stylish furnishings and excellent service. Both villas comprise five ensuite bedrooms, semi-open-air living and dining areas, large swimming pools and air-conditioned home theatres.

Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua – complete with its own private gym, spa, sauna, and a sophisticated games room and bar, rests on The Bukit Peninsula within the exclusive and secure Asmara Estate, above a honey-coloured beach, five-kilometres south-west of Nusa Dua.

Welcome to Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua. We are justifiable proud of our splendid holiday home where every room is blessed with a sensational view of the Indian Ocean. This is a perfect villa to share with friends or family for a blissful Bali break.

The five bedroom suites are equally sumptuous – all have ensuite bathrooms and four have king beds. Three of these bedrooms have either bathtubs or jacuzzi tubs overlooking the ocean waves, while the fifth bedroom suite is twin-bedded and has direct access to the pool deck where our cliff-edge infinity pool merges with the turquoise sea.

Sleek living areas, with glass doors that can be opened to the sea breezes or closed for air-conditioned comfort, provide a collection of zones to chill, engage or play; beds are incredibly comfortable, while a relaxation pavilion, the partially shaded pool terrace, balconies and daybeds all offer quiet corners to curl up with a book or to enjoy a massage.

Enjoy hearty breakfasts at a sunny table next to the immaculate guest kitchen; relish casual alfresco meals or a sizzling barbecue beside the pool, or more formal feasts in the villa’s smart dining area, all prepared to your taste by your personal chef.

At Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua, you can spend your days lazing beside the pool and being waited upon by our lovely team of staff, including a manager and personal butlers. If you’re feeling a little more energetic, go swimming or reef-combing off the honey-coloured sands of Asmara Beach, or work out in the villa’s private gym.

You will surely appreciate the pampering diversion of a facial, a luscious body-scrub, or a massage to the rhythm of the waves in the villa’s spa. Competitive types will be enticed by the possibility of a billiard tournament in the games room, or the opportunity to show off their vocal skills with a raucous karaoke contest in the home theatre. Later, relax with a cocktail on the bar terrace, or an epic movie on the 65-inch screen.

VILLA LAYOUT

Integrated into the side of a cliff, with every room enjoying an awe-inspiring ocean view, Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua spans three floors. The villa is entered on the middle level, home to an expansive living/dining room and kitchen, and a twin bedroom. Outside, a cliff-edge pool and jacuzzi, a poolside relaxation pavilion and an alfresco sitting, dining and barbecue area beckon.

On the upper level is another huge living room and two guest bedrooms, while the villa’s lower level comprises two more bedrooms, a games room with bar and home theatre, a spa and a gym.

LIVING AREAS

Indoor Living
Entering the villa on the middle level, you’ll find yourself in an expansive air-conditioned living and dining space integrating a sunny breakfast table for 10 positioned adjacent to an immaculate guest kitchen.

Hidden out of sight is a professional service kitchen. To the far side of this luxurious space is a formal 12-seater dining table and a guest washroom. The living area is furnished with a large modular sofa, and a 65-inch international-channel TV, while the provision of WiFi and an iPad allows access to music via Spotify, which can be played through ceiling speakers and poolside speakers. At the front of this room, glass doors open to the pool deck, the sea breezes and the view.

On the upper floor, a huge atrium-like living space is capped with a pitched, insulated glass roof, which allows the natural light to stream in from above, while diffusing the sun’s rays. The room is furnished with chairs, coffee table and a games table as well as a pair of elevated built-in daybeds that double as extra beds if required (at extra cost). Glass doors slide open to a breezy balcony.

On the lower floor is a games room and bar. To one side is a billiard table and a games table, while to the other is a cosy home theatre, furnished with comfy sofas and chairs and equipped with a 65-inch international-channel TV, a four-speaker surround-sound system, karaoke machine and Playstation 4. Bar tables and chairs extend onto the balcony.

More luxurious facilities on the lower level include a wood-panelled spa room with two massage beds, a shower, and an infrared sauna for two. A well-equipped gym completes this floor.

Outdoor Living
Punctuated with gnarled frangipani trees, and flanked by paved pathways and neat lawned areas, a broad timber deck wraps around three sides of the 16-metre cliff-edge infinity pool and jacuzzi. At one end is a large balé relaxation pavilion, while the other end is open to the sky and furnished with an all-weather sofa and chairs, an alfresco dining table, and a gas barbecue. Set slightly back, a pergola roof provides shelter and shade if required.

BEDROOMS

All five of the generously sized bedrooms at Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua are blessed with glorious ocean views. All have toe-pleasing timber floors, and each is equipped with air-conditioning, a wall-mounted 43-inch international-channel TV and Blu-ray DVD player, a safe deposit box, top-class amenities and superior comforts. Four are furnished with king beds and one with twin beds.

Guest Suite 1
Situated on the middle level, this twin-bedded room opens directly onto the pool deck against a backdrop of the Indian Ocean. The bedroom is adjoined by a dressing area, complete with a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom fitted with twin washbasins and a rain shower with a handheld option.

Guest Suite 2
Positioned on the top floor, this white-walled suite is accented in shades of sea-blue to reflect the ocean waves below. It is furnished with a king bed and has an adjoining bathroom with a rain shower and a handheld option. A freestanding tub is set within its own space at the back of the room, with a window that can be opened to enjoy the view.

Guest Suite 3
This large top-floor suite is furnished with a king bed plus a desk and chair oriented towards the ocean panorama. An ensuite bathroom, complete with rain shower, is located behind the bedroom but who will be able to resist a scenic soak in the sunken bathtub for two, which is positioned at the front of the bedroom behind a window of one-way-vision glass?

Guest Suite 4
Situated on the lower-ground floor, this spacious suite is furnished with a king bed and has an adjoining bathroom with a rain shower and a handheld option. A precious feature here is the bathtub for two, which is positioned at the front of the room behind a sea-view window of one-way-vision glass to enhance your bathing experience.

Honeymoon Suite
Wake up to the sound of the waves in the romantic Honeymoon Suite, which offers you a king-size four-poster bed and the opportunity to relish every moment of that magnificent view with the provision of a jacuzzi-tub-for-two right next to the window. Your privacy is ensured by one-way-vision glass and a blind that can be dropped after dark. This suite is located on the lower ground floor.

STAFF

The staff at Grand Cliff Villas, from the manager to the gardener, are a true team, who know their jobs and perform them admirably to ensure that your stay will be as perfect as can be.

Villa Manager
Your villa manager is on hand to oversee the staff, ensure smooth running of the villa, and assist you during your stay.

Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will treat your palate to some delectable Asian and Western cuisine during your stay. Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes from the villa menu, the chef is also happy to cater to special requests and dietary requirements.

Butler
Your butler will make your holiday as carefree as possible, delivering and collecting your laundry, summoning your private chauffeur, reserving a table at the restaurant, or booking a massage or treatment for you at the spa.

Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping services at Grand Cliff Ungasan are provided by the resort staff, who can also provide babysitters and massage therapists (at extra charge).

Garden and Maintenance
A gardener maintains the outdoor areas, and a maintenance man will tend to the pool and fix any problems that may occur at the villa.

Security
24-hour security guards will provide piece of mind.

Driver
A car with driver can easily be arranged by your villa manager for up to 8 hours a day at a prevailing rate.

DINING

Your personal chef at Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua is at your service to prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. A priced menu of delicious Indonesian, Asian and International dishes covering everything from porridge to pasta, pepes ikan (fish steamed in banana leaf), to pisang goreng (fried banana) served with honey or ice cream.

Home-style meals, including an excellent selection of vegetarian and children’s options, are catered to all tastes. Traditional Balinese and Indonesian dishes can be tailored to your taste buds, from mild and mellow to hot and spicy. The chef will also prepare meals to respect religious, medical and other dietary restrictions or requirements.

FOR FAMILIES

The Balinese are known for their love of children and extended families, and the team at Villa Grand Cliff Villas will greet kids and grannies alike with open hearts and experienced practical hands. Children aren't just accepted here, they're treated as valued guests.

You are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen guest kitchen if you wish to prepare food for babies or extra-fussy toddlers – although the kitchen staff will be happy to take this on. The villa is geared for families with the provision of a twin-bedded room and extra beds if required, while the exciting games room will offer hours of fun, especially for older children.

SPA & GYM

Chilling out is the name of the game at Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua, where you’ll find a delightful spa room on the lower level. Furnished with two massage beds, this is your chance to be massaged to the sound of the waves and, of course, there is no escaping that mesmerising view. Just have a word with your villa manager, who will be pleased to arrange for a professional therapist to administer to you at the villa.

Massage
Release built up tension with a traditional Balinese massage. Using a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and energy around your body, you will feel totally relaxed in no time.

Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet corresponding to every part of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes tension is relieved and circulation improved leaving you feeling balanced.

Body Scrub
A full body scrub will exfoliate and hydrate your skin leaving it soft and smooth. A rejuvenating scrub combines an abrasive material such as salt, coffee, rice bran or pecan hulls with essential oils to remove any impurities and make your skin glow.

Manicure / Pedicure
Our hands and feet work hard for us every day but rarely get the attention they deserve. Treat them to a manicure or pedicure, which usually comes with the added bonus of a quick hand or foot massage.

Gym
Fancy an early morning workout? Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua provides a well-equipped gym on the lower floor. The room is air-conditioned so you can cross train to your heart’s content.
