Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, the Ambalama villa sits on 5,900m² of manicured lawns overlooking rice paddies, distant volcanoes, and the sea. The property also boasts Bali’s largest micro forest, planted with 1000 trees and 100 species endemic to Bali. Take a dip in the 25-meter infinity pool or let the children enjoy their own separate pool. Indulge in the ultimate privacy and comfort of the Master Villa, complete with its own private facilities. Rental conditions

Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on availability, early/late check-in/-out may be available at no extra charge - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval

Reservation conditions

A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Cancellation policy

Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - For bookings cancelled more than six months prior the arrival date, there is a 10% charge of the value of the total booking - For bookings cancelled 3- 6 months prior the arrival date, there is a 50% charge - For bookings cancelled less than 3 months prior the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

This villa is stunning, and the staff are all so lovely, warm, and accommodating. But for me, the best thing about this villa is its location. The views are stunning, and it's in a less touristic part of Bali, so it's so peaceful and serene, but it's still close enough to Canggu and Seminyak, so you can still enjoy the conveniences of a more built-up area.Where I've found other areas to be a trade off between luxury and views vs. convenience and things to do in the area, I found this villa to be a good blend of both.

Situated amidst quintessential Bali landscapes, Ambalama is an oasis for quiet soothing relaxation yet very accessible to the night life of Seminyak just 30-40 minutes away. Relax in the Main Pavilion with its unique 360 degree views and enjoy ocean, rice paddy and distant mountain vistas without even having to move. Enjoy the extensive lush landscaped gardens and the wonderful cooling breezes. Wander just 75m metres down to a dramatic beach with cliffs and a temple as backdrop. Ambalama is on the outskirts of Cemagi, a traditional Balinese village well worth exploring.
Ambalama is approx 25 km from Bali’s international airport. Transfer time will be 45- mins depending on traffic conditions. We recommend using our transport services which are competitively priced and knowledgeable.
