Rental conditions
Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - During Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year: the remaining 50% balance is due not less than 75 days prior to arrival - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 30 days or more before arrival date: all payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation - Within 1 and 29 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited - During Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year: All rental payments are forfeited - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited

This villa is absolutely stunning, and the live-in staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The views are unbeatable, and the value for money is fantastic. Nat (the villa manager) went above and beyond for my mum's 60th with thoughtful decorations and a cake! If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to upgrade the pool filtration system. Overall, a memorable stay and I highly recommend this villa.

The secured private and gatedSamui Summit Estate is just 10 minutes from SamuiInternational Airport. Famous Choeng Mon Beach and manyrestaurants and 5* hotels are within walking distance and boththe popular Chaweng Beach with its shopping center andnightlife, as well as Fisherman’s Village with its vibrantrestaurants, are only a fifteen minutes’ drive away from the villa.
