Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - except Comoon Villas, Villa Malouna and Villa Malabar (10:30am) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 45 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 45 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation - Within 45 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited - For no-show: All rental payments are forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All rental payments are forfeited

We were there at the beginning of August with family. Astonishing location with 5 star service ( thanks Aoy). A place where to get lost and deep dive in true Samui vibes. Very well equipped gym and meditation room, luxury swimming pool, exceptional cocktails and food by the pool, massages and kayaks trip from the private beach: easy to become spoiled by Bella Samui team!!!

Top 5 star service villa on the South coast of Samui, directly on the beach, opening to an incredible view of the islands. Suitable both for families or romantic escapes. Wonderful equipped swimming pool, gym facilities, pool game. Nice area for meditation ( or an open-air nap :-) The staff is hyper professional, with an incredible chef ready to cook the best food of Samui directly on site. Well placed also for trips around the island, by car or by boat ( the pier is at walking distance). Sup and kayak available in the villa. Highly recommended

Simply the most amazing Villa you could possibly stay at! There is everything you need without having to leave, but also only a few minutes away from amazing restaurants. The beach views are STUNNING and the sunsets are spectacular! The Villa is so unique and so comfortable and private and the staff are super helpful! What to say… We’re back again to Bella because for us this is our beloved place ! Bella villa is located Outside the commercial and busy areas of Samui but in just 20 minutes driving you can join the vibrant nightlife of Lamai or Chaweng. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful nature, facing a beautiful bay with the view of 5 islands. Every year we love to comeback and the staff of the villa make us always feel like at home ! This place is just too beautiful. I went with my group of friends and we had an amazing time there. The villa has 5 large bedrooms and is clean and well maintained. The view is too pretty. There's a beautiful pool overlooking the sea and the beach is accessible as well. The pictures don't do justice to the place.The host Brian is helpful too. A big shout out to Katie and staff for taking care of us so very well Katie went out of her way to help us out. Overall it was an amazing stay and I can't wait to stay come back again to this paradise
