Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM - Check-out time: 11:00 AM - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Sub-renting is not allowed - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa - Please note that the maximum rental period is three months - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the lake close by - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - Guests are kindly requested to maintain the condition of the villa, ensuring the stone floors and sitting/dining chairs remain free of stains - Pets are allowed ($10 USD per night, per pet)
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 46 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 45 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

I experienced the stay in Cannelle lake villa as wonderful. The two-story house is large, with nice two balconies that provide a nice view of the rice fields and lake. The villa has good furniture and equipped with all amenities. Has four bedrooms with large beds. The beds are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and large living room that gives the feeling of homeliness. It takes 3-7 minutes by car to restaurants and cafes. The area is nice, The place is very good! Even in bad weather there are many ways to do something or relax and enjoy the day. The location is very quiet and nice. Has a nice garden and a terrace. The garden is full of cinnamon trees. Helpful and nice hosts (brother and sister). We ate very good Sri Lankan food breakfast and dinner that we ordered. It is always good to order the desired food a little in advance for example a day before arrival. I would like to go there again

Absolutely marvelous! Its a quiet place with a magnificent view. Had a nice boat ride in the Rathgama lake. We can see beautiful peacocks and other birds.
