We had a wonderful 4 days stay at the villa as a company of 4 couples. The location is stunning and the premises are very big and maintained with love and care. Pool area, huge living room and the garden with 3 cows and 4 dogs made our stay relaxing and fun. Biggest thanks goes to Pali and his crew in and around the house. Chef made our dinners and lunches according to our wishes and no one has been dissapointed. Fruits and water are always supplied. It has been relax at a highest standard full of human heart and attention. Highly recommended

Absolutely stunning!!! Totally recommended. We had an amazing time. The manager and the staff were very welcoming. The place is neat and clean. Every single day as long as we were there the staff would come in early to clean the house, the pool and all the surroundings. Location is the best. Right at the beach. You can just get down on the beach but this is a rocky beach. But just a few metres away is the proper sand beach where you can just walk and go from the villa. Huge space. The main living area has only fans and huge glass windows and doors. So during the summers if you are there it can be hot. 1 room which was on the ground floor had issue with the Ac and the fan made noise, we complained about it and they said they would look into it. All the rooms are huge and stunning. Minimalist modern designing. It just soothes your mind. Yes the door knobs, handles, metal light fixtures were rusted. But that happens because of the sea being so close. No matter how many times you change everything it is bound to happen so i don't think we should be complaining about it if we want to take up such a humongous villa right at the beach. Otherwise it was absolutely clean. The staff cleaned the whole house apart from our rooms which we told them not to. Hot water was available in all bathrooms. ACs in all other rooms worked well. I read a review which said that the tv room was used as a store room. Yes the room has been set up with tv and sofas etc. But the extra mattresses etc. we lying in a corner. That really did not bother us as we used the tv room just once while we were staying there. We spent most of the time in the pool and by the beach so we had an absolutely amazing time. Coming to the food. We had taken half board basis so we had breakfast and dinner included in our package. For lunch we were generally out as we were sightseeing. Food was exceptional as well. The Chef was always open to our requests if we had any apart from the menu he had decided for us. We loved the food. The spread was amazing. Every single day the table was set up for us properly as we would have in any 5 star hotel. Apart from the rusting issue we totally enjoyed the villa and its vastness and the calmness it had. Definitely recommended if you are looking out for a beach house.

Stunning villa! We loved staying there, the staff was extremely kind and the food was incredible. You can go on walks along the beach and see the turtle sanctuary next door. The house was perfectly clean and modern.
