Had a wonderful stay at ishq. We were a group of 11 and the villa was very well equipped and staffed. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable- each room had either a sea view or a private garden - the bathrooms both had indoor and outdoor showers. The beach views were stunning. And the manager Nishantha and team hosted us well and were able to accommodate all our requests- when we requested items that weren’t stocked, they ensured it was sourced and found for us. The food was especially the pastas were phenomenal!

We spent 11 wonderful days with our family at ISHQ while our daughter was getting married in Talpe. The whole villa is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped — although we did miss having a full-length mirror.What truly made our stay so special and comfortable, however, was the exceptional staff team, led by Nishantha and Rasika. Every single member of the team was kind, attentive, and consistently ensured that all our needs were met with genuine warmth and professionalism.A special congratulations to the chefs, who produced absolutely delicious food every single day. Their meals were a highlight of our stay.Thank you to everyone at ISHQ for helping to make such an important family occasion even more memorable.

Our stay here was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this location for anybody planning to stay in the area.The villa was perfect for our family trip with a group of 12 (including two small children) meeting up from across the world.The rooms were very nice but I would encourage bringing mosquito repellent. Even with the doors and windows shut they will find their way in.The whole experience was made so fantastic by the efforts of the team at the villa. They were so friendly and attentive, helping us with any questions, recommendations etc. The food was top tier! Any time we needed a tuktuk into Galle or Unawatuna they sourced them for us. They helped our large family cross the very busy road. To top it off on my grans 70th birthday they made her a lovely birthday cake even though we didnt even ask.I would definitely recommend a visit here. Best wishes to the team and their families.

Amazing experience. Staff was very attentive and quick to help whenever help is needed. High praise to the chef and his team. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. Really enjoyed the Sri Lankan menu especially the crab curry and fish curry. Love the garlic rice. Beautiful surroundings with plenty of space with simple luxury in every room. The master bedroom was really huge and comfortable - kudos to a bed that give me and my friends very good sleep. The private pool was also very clean and well-maintained. A truly wonderful and memorable experience. Big thank you to the team of staff!!
