A stunning 2 story beach front villa close to the historic town of Galle with 5 en-suite bedrooms situated on an amazing beach. 4 master suites, 1 children’s’ bunk with 6 beds, 1 single placed in one of the master suites and another single that can be placed in another master. Two of the master suites are on the ground floor with the children’s bunk room and the other two master suites on the 1st floor. There is a large fish pond at the entrance with carp, a good size kitchen with breakfast bar for children, an open plan sitting and dining room that leads out to the garden. The pool is to one side. There is a private gate that leads directly onto a gorgeous wide and long sift sandy beach with seasonally safe swimming. There is a turtle hatchery close to the villa and sea turtles often come onto the beach.

Rental conditions

Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 10:00am - Depending on availability, early/late check-in/-out may be available at no extra charge - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - It is compulsory and a condition of booking that you have arranged for adequate travel and medical insurance before traveling to Sri Lanka

Reservation conditions

A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Cancellation policy

Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if cancelling within 1 and 64 days of arrival - Bookings may be amended up to 60 days before the arrival date but will incur a USD 150.00 administration fee for each change made - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

It was a memorable an amazing stay at Skye House with myfamily celebrating my son birthday! Very clean and beautiful house accompany with the lovely sound of the ocean wave so soothing and relaxing throughout our stay! The welcome services by the friendly and attentive staff made your stay so incredibly wonderful. The lovely pool, beautiful garden, beautiful sunset and just stone away of the beach and the sea, and the delicious foods served were absolutely fabulous! Idling at the lovely pool chatting with family and friends listening to your favourite songs, playing badminton at the garden and playing billiards after dinner was so much fun and memorable! A great villa so comfortable and relaxing, really a good place to build out family and friends bonding, you shouldn’t miss! We loved the accommodation and services, we will definitely visit again! THUMBS UP!!

We had a fantastic stay at Skype House Villa. The ocean view is absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves was incredibly peaceful. The villa is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly set up to enjoy the natural beauty around it. A big shoutout to Sam and his team, who made our stay extra special. They were warm, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. The property was the most unbelievable, heavenly stay we have ever stayed at. It had all possible amenities, huge beautiful rooms, games, pool and what not. The staff and chef Sam are great too! Will definitely come here again, no doubt. Loved it!

This was a brilliant place We just stayed at. The team on the ground are amazing and look after after you day in day out. The house is impeccably, tidy and clean and all the amazing place to stay in. We had such an amazing time. Definitely recommend it and it looks like there's been some random who's had a vendetta and tried to smear a campaign this place with the negative ratings.
