Rental conditions

- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance

Reservation conditions

- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Cancellation policy

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Heaven on earth is here at the beach villa Cemagi! Celebrating my 50’ birthday with my girlfriends from around the world and the best spot is definitely Bali to gather my beloved people. The villa is just amazing! Peaceful and serene… all the criteria you need for a perfect vacation with your family/friends or special events. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

We had some expectations when we booked this place, given we never stayed and only saw some pictures from the website, but it is quickly giving us an ease when we arrived. It went beyond our expectation… this 3 bedroom house has a modern fit out, and an excellent location (near Canggu and a stroll walk to the cemagi beach), as well as offers gym, private pool and spacious living room.It is surrounded by a rice paddies that gives you an excellent ambience.The manager (Arya) was also very helpful and quickly addressed our inquiries. We definitely will refer this place to everyone.Thank you for giving us such a pleasant stay prior flying back to Australia

We stayed at this villa for a few weeks in Sept 2022 and had an amazing time! It's like being in a luxury hotel but all the place (and its huge) is yours and private. All rooms and facilities are in a great condition and very well taken care of. We heard it was designed by a famous architect, and you can definitely see it by the style and level of details. Staff are super friendly and always there for you if you need anything. The Chef Alit was cooking very tasty food from their menu or would do anything else by our personal order. Driver and manager Wayan always ready to take around or help with any of our logistical requests. Housekeepers were making sure all is clean and tidy. And the location is top - away from busy roads, in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. The beach is just behind your fence. And the sunsets you can observe from the pool or the rooftop. Simply amazing! Thank you everybody for making our holidays unforgettable, we would love to come back in the future!highly recommended.

This villa is incredible. After staying at many five star hotels, this villa is still my favorite place to stay in Bali. First the quality of design is outstanding. Second, the location right on the water, well, it can’t be beat. Walking down for breakfast and a quick swim every morning (in one of your two pools!) to see the ocean is a restorative experience. The staff is incredibly kind and responsive. Don’t think twice. Ps, really not sure what last reviewer is talking about RE mold. The villa is spotless, clean, and stunning. Book it and you wont regret it!
