The villa was nice. Although I wasn’t a fan of the selection of the arts inside the villa, Some of them was kind of creepy.⭐︎The location was quiet and the view was nice. × However the roads to go to the villa felt a little scary. Very steep road towards the villa entrance.⭐︎The place kept clean at all times (almost) Staffs were always trying to keep the place look tidy which was nice.⭐︎The bed and pillows were comfortable. Didn’t smell like fabric softener! (It makes sleep so much better when your linens don’t smell like chemicals!)However, it feels like the staffs were not trained/ educated properly for the most basic or common knowledge regarding cleanliness.× the dish sponge 🧽 was always left soaking wet inside the sink. (Dish sponge must be kept dry after use to avoid bacteria build up)• The cutlery’s always had finger prints on it. I don’t see the staffs wash their hands every after cleaning or doing something and moving into doing other tasks.• the second day of our stay, the masters bedroom’s bathroom area started to have a foul smell from the pipes. And the smell got stronger and stronger.• BUGS BUGS BUGS everywhere I know and understand that it’s surrounded by nature However out of all the many villas we stayed This villa’s amount of insects, bugs especially flies was just too much. (My husband even saw a snake on our first night but didn’t told me so I won’t freak out our entire stay).• Bath towels have a strong FABRIC SOFTENER SCENT. It’s very bothering because the smell stays in my hair and skin every time I use the towels. Even the kitchen napkins smells like detergent or fabric softener. (I hope they stop using laundry detergent with strong scent and fabric softeners)• I sent my laundry outside because the villa manager told me it’ll take 48hours for my clothes to be washed. However I had a problem with the clothes I sent out because they sprayed a fabric softeners in my clothes. long story short: Dang (the villa manager)was very helpful and washed some of our clothes again for me. However the clothes came back smelling even horrible (like a smell of a dirty moldy washing machine?) Dang asked me if the smell was better and I said better. I LIED…(I felt bad that she tried her best to wash out the fabric softener smell for me). Now here I am back at my home running my washing machine on its 4th cycle, trying everything to wash out the nasty smell in my clothes.*The management definitely needs to teach the staffs how to regularly clean the washing machines.• it was very hard to communicate with everyone. Only Dang the villa manager could understand and communicate with us.•FOOD: food was just okay. We’ve stayed in so many villas and the food here was just ok. The Salmon for my toddlers sometimes looked like it was undercooked inside. The rice sometimes will be served with the brown (hard) part that’s look liked was scraped from the bottom of the rice cooker… The fruits platter always looked so unappealing to eat.My toddlers started feeling ill. The one started having Diarrhea and the one started Vomiting.• Last but not the least, the long cracks on the masters bedroom wall (walking closet area & beside wall) was very concerning. The cement under the toilet door started falling apart in pieces all of the sudden on the second day of our stay . Im not an architect but it doesn’t feel right and I did not feel safe.⭐︎DE-HUMIDIFIER in the room!!! Made me so happy! It makes such a huge difference when it’s too humid outside! (we came (2025 mid May) humid & rainy season.)

We had an amazing stay at Villa Eugenia! Khun Dang and team took care of our every need. The kids had such a great time. We had great sleep, great exercise at the gym, great food and lots of fun at the pool!

We’ve just come home from the most beautiful stay at this villa for my husbands 40th birthday, the staff had cake and balloons set up on arrival that looked amazing …. absolutely stunning villa with the most unbelievable views … the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, the chef prepared us some amazing food and the lovely manager made sure everything ran smoothly for us. We will definitely return, thank you so much xx

Villa Eugenia was nothing short of magical. The villa comes with 5 rooms and all beautifully furnished and has superb view. We came here with friends and the super sweet and attentive Daeng took such good care of us. Everyday the team coordinates with our private chef and create customized meals for us. It’s one thing to enjoy a beautiful villa but another level to experience such wonderful care. I wish they get everything they desire in life because they deserve it! We love it and highly recommend it and we cannot wait to come back again~

I had the most amazing time at Villa Eugenia. Every detail was perfect and my family and I truly enjoyed our time here, in fact, 8 days went by too fast! The chef made such amazing food we didn’t even bother to make reservations outside and Daeng, the house manager, was beyond sweet as is with the rest of the staff. I look forward to coming back again next year
