Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees (see below) - Early Check–in: From 10:00am and onwards – 50% of the regular daily rate Before 10:00am – 100% of the regular daily rate - Late Check-out: Until 6:00pm – 50% of the regular rate After 6:00pm – 100% of the regular daily rate - A security deposit of USD 1,500 (or equivalent in any major currency) is required to be paid by cash on arrival - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - During Prime, Peak Season, Christmas & New Year: the remaining 50% balance is due not less than 75 days prior to arrival - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - At least 180 days before check-in:, refund of 80% of the paid deposit, or credit the whole deposit (100%) for another booking within the next 12 months from the date of the cancellation - Between 179 days and 65 days before check-in: refund of 50% of the deposit or credit of 90% of the deposit for another booking within the next 12 months - Between 65 and 30 days before check-in: refund of 20% of the deposit, or credit of 80% of the deposit for another booking within the next 12 months - Cancelling less than 30 days before check-in: All rental payments are forfeited - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited
