The villa features four almost identical bedrooms, arranged in pairs on two floors, making it an ideal setup for families. In addition to the luxurious accommodations, Villa Rose offers access to the estate sports center, spa, and gym. Our dedicated team of butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, security, and kitchen staff, led by an experienced Villa Manager, will ensure that all your needs are taken care of. Plus, two cars with drivers are available for you to explore everything Bali has to offer beyond the villa. Located by the sparkling waters and white sands of Pandawa Beach, with easy access to Bali’s top surf spots, Villa Rose is a haven for beach lovers. You’ll also find nearby attractions like the Uluwatu sea temple, Bali National Golf Club, trendy beach bars, and a variety of fine dining and seafood restaurants in Jimbaran and Nusa Dua. The villa itself is spread over two floors, with each room offering panoramic ocean views. Upon entering through the grand double doors adorned with a hand-carved lintel, you’ll find two bedrooms on either side, with a staircase leading down to the ground floor. The ground floor showcases two more bedrooms and a beautiful glass-enclosed dining area and sitting room. A TV lounge and the villa’s kitchen complete the layout. As you step into the upper-floor lounge, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the breathtaking ocean panorama. The space itself is just as captivating, with marble floors and high ceilings. Behind the lounge, you’ll find the villa’s spacious professional kitchen. The four ensuite bedrooms at Villa Rose are beautifully designed, with a king bed suite and a twin bed room on each floor. The upstairs rooms feature daybeds nestled into alcoves at the entrance, while all rooms have sliding glass doors that lead to terraces overlooking the pool, gardens, and ocean. With air-conditioning, high ceilings, and teakwood floors bordered with creamy marble, you’ll feel right at home in these comfortable and stylish rooms. Each of the four bathrooms is identical, with the downstairs rooms also featuring outdoor showers. Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 80 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 80 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 75 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 74 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. In October last year, I held my dream wedding at Pandawa. (The thing was, we didn't even consider Pandawa but my wedding planner suggested it so we were like ok, might as well check it out and I'm sooo glad we did!)The rooms were incredibly clean with a fantastic view of the ocean, the food and services were great and the staff were extremely kind. (Also, the grass, they really really take care of the grass - there's just so much detail that goes into the upkeep of this place).I kept saying to my husband, "best wedding ever", "No one can beat this", "this is insane" - just take a look at the photos if you're not convinced! You won't regret getting married there/staying there for the best trip of your life.

Beautiful, relaxing stay with incredible staff and service. Stayed at the Villa Pala to attend a wedding, and the staff were all so accommodating - kids loved the infinity pool and delicious, made-to-order food options. Everything we needed was available within the hotel, making it very convenient and comfortable for our whole family. The wedding reception on-site was spectacular with breathtaking views and a wonderful atmosphere overall. Perfect location for any event, reunions or family holiday!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!! We came as a group of friends recently for a wedding and the accommodation was absolutely perfect. Our butlers Sugi and Laksana attended to our every need. We cried leaving them! The villa is spacious, the pool gorgeous overlooking the cliff, massages easy to access, food was classic. I would recommend staying here!

Peaceful and private, situated at the end of a winding country lane on Bali’s southernmost tip, Pandawa Cliff Estate is a hidden paradise overlooking the Indian Ocean from its enchanting clifftop setting. Apart from a handful of luxury villas sprinkling the top of the cliff, and the beach huts and local cafés bordering the white sands of Pandawa Beach far below (named after the five warrior brothers of the Mahabharata epic, whose white stone statues are carved into niches along the road leading down to the beach), there is little development in this unspoiled corner of Bali. But despite its tranquil, rural setting, Pandawa Cliff Estate is less than a 30-minute drive from Bali’s international airport, and within easy reach of several glorious surf beaches, the sacred sea temple of Uluwatu, and the many restaurants and beach bars of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
