Super bad service. They asked us to ask them on WhatsApp because they don’t have phones in their room. I called, messaged at 9.30pm for a glass of water but no response. I basically went without water. The AC was not working. This is anything but a five star. Not willing to pay so much only because of its views because in Sri Lanka that’s not a difficult find.

We had a lovely experience here! The rooms were fantastic, service was top-notch, and the location was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay! Special mention to Miraasha, Ajith and the entire staff who were very welcoming, accommodating and ensured that we had a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Sielen Diva. We were a group of two families with two little kids. The property is beautiful, bright and clean, with tasteful design and incredible views from the main lounge and each room. The service of the team was very good, from the property managers to the staff. And to our surprise each meal was delicious and really well done thanks to the chef team. Highly recommended

We spent some days in Sielen Diva and the stay was very nice. The room, the pool, and the view was fantastic. The staff and service outstanding. We can only recommend it.We read some comments about the TukTuk Mafia. This is not the case, they only do not like uber driver. Hence, check the price and negotiate well and all is good. We met one driver on the first day and the drove us the next days for a fair price.Also we read a comment about the “watching staff” and hence that you cannot relax. We did not feel that way, however, they are around to support in the best manner.

This boutique Hotel, delivers discrete but attentive service in all areas. All rooms have stunning views over the ocean and the beds extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was covert and rooms served and turned down whilst you were dining. Perfect. I would have loved a hairdryer which was reflective of the standard everywhere else - for long hair the one supplied wasn’t effective. Breakfast was delicious and varied everyday of our 7 night stay with a wine list to match. It was encouraging to see measurements being taken for new sofa covers and a missing set of pool loungers whilst we were there, great to see continued investment. The beach is beautiful but access is not really possible due to rocks and currents - walk to the right past the big hotel if you want to swim, but please don’t do the tourist thing and ‘touch and grab’ the turtles… let them be. Over all a great stay, we would recommend for a few nights.
