Ban Sairee

Located on the south side of Koh Samui, the luxurious and rustic Ayutthaya-style Ban Sairee is home to nine bedrooms and 3 acres of private beachfront land. Sprawled across two antique-furnished teakwood pavilions which house seven bedrooms, you'll also find two separate rice barns that have been converted into bedroom pavilions, along with the large beachside swimming pool, a private tennis court and tons of space for little ones to run around.

Blending traditional Thai elements with contemporary amenities, the rooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements which range from king beds to bunk beds for children, as well as uninterrupted views of the beach, ocean and nearby islands. Some of the bedrooms come with outdoor showers – but don’t worry, no one can see you! The large living and dining areas are typically Thai in decor, with high wooden ceilings, beautiful water hyacinth sofas, a long classic solid teak dining table, fully-equipped kitchen and an adjoining TV room. Outside, there is a large wooden deck, complete with outdoor dining furnishing and sun loungers, perfect for a day or night barbecues. Choose to relax poolside just steps from the beach, catch a game of tennis, or even enjoy some therapeutic downtime at the waterfront massage sala!

We love the beachfront swimming pool, tennis court with lighting and kayaks available for some fun under the sun and how the traditional Thai-style house and converted rice barns decorated in an original Thai style provide a truly authentic and unique experience, and you will too. Plus, did we mention there’s tons of space for mini nomads (and adult ones) to run around? The barefoot luxury and tropical vibe, to-die-for signature massages and incredible staff. BEDROOMS

Main Pavilion: Five bedrooms all on the ground floor consisting of a large Master room "Sairee Suite", two bedrooms (Bedroom 2 & 5) are interconnected to two kids' bunk rooms (1x bunk bed in each room), and another two bedrooms (Bedroom 4 & 7) with convertible king/twin bedding available.

The Big Barn "Honeymoon Suite" is a large converted antique rice barn standing in a field of palm trees with its own direct access to the secluded beach and bay. On the ground floor is a Yoga area (shaded) while the king/twin bedroom is on the upper level.

The Small Barn is recommended for teenagers or adults as the stairs to Small Barn are narrow and therefore not recommended for young children or elderly guests. The table tennis is on the ground shaded floor, while the king/twin bedroom with a mini pantry is on the upper level.

DINING

Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets).
