Saengootsa is the ideal choice if you’re after a villa with superstar quality. Decorated by the architect of Samsara Phuket’s villas, this stunning home combines a fresh Scandinavian aesthetic with maximalist art for a dramatic ultra-modern look.

Double-height living areas welcome you into Saengootsa, blonde wood floors underfoot and wide vistas of the Andaman Sea flooding in through floor-to-ceiling windows. Moveable, modular sofa seating provides flexibility in this laidback living space, while an oversized communal dining table and bench seating by the kitchen perfectly suit the needs of a large, energetic entourage. On the terrace, a covered barbecue area, sunloungers and a wide daybed provide plenty of options for chilling out by the villa’s sparkling centerpiece – a 15 meter-long infinity-edge pool with glass panels that filter light onto the living areas below.

The ideal villa for socializing or keeping family entertained, Saengootsa’s garden level features an open-plan bar connected to a media room, all furnished with plush seating and equipped with a full entertainment system for movies, music and gaming. Right by the bar is a pool table – perfect for a few friendly games, unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

All the bedrooms are also located at garden level. There are two guest bedrooms that share a terrace overlooking the garden and sea, while a spacious second bedroom features a private terrace with outdoor sunken tub and courtyard garden. The master bedroom, located on the bottom corner of the villa, features a decadent wraparound terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi, where you can relax in privacy with unspoiled ocean views. A fifth bedroom overlooks the garden, and includes an ensuite bathroom, plus two murphy beds for children or extra guests.

As with all Samsara Phuket villas, Saengootsa comes with a live-in chef and butler, on hand to prepare meals by request and ensure discreet, efficient housekeeping for the duration of your stay. A villa concierge is also onsite daily to take care of all your needs, be that restaurant bookings, luxury transfers or excursions around Phuket and Phang Nga Bay.

STAFF

Chef – Resident chef is an expert with Thai food. Broadly skilled also with western, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. Doubles as a second housekeeper when not in the kitchen.

HouseKeeper – Resident housekeeper doubles as a sous-chef at meal-time.

Villa Conciege – On-site villa concierge speaks fluent English. She can assist with home spa treatments, island excursions, transportation needs, golf bookings, and other personalized requests.

FOR FAMILIES

With wide outdoor terraces, a pool table, a waterfront infinity pool and a media room, Saengootsa has lots of places for the family to enjoy time together. Only a short drive from Patong, and within easy reach of the airport, you’re also in the perfect position for action and adventure.

CORPORATE RETREAT

Give your colleagues the opportunity to unwind and reinvigorate with a five-star corporate retreat at Saengootsa. There are multiple spaces for team-building activities and when it’s time to relax, this villa provides utmost privacy with five bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

WEDDINGS

For weddings and events, the lessee will be required to pay an event fee. All events and weddings must be organized by a professional planner for more than 20 guests. Property staffs are not able to assist with planning. A plan for the event must be submitted to the Guest Experience Specialist for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event.

Event fee & Minimum Stay
- Up to 30 Guests: USD 500 + Vat per day - Minimum Stay: 3 nights
- 31 to 40 Guests: USD 1,000 + Vat per day - Minimum Stay: 3 nights
- 41 to 50 Guests: USD 1,500 + Vat per day - Minimum Stay: 3 nights

For Peak Seasons (Christmas & New Year), the minimum stay is 10 nights. For holidays such as Easter and Chinese New Year, the minimum stay is 5 nights. If the lessee rents 3 properties at full occupancy in Samsara Estate, it will be exempted from an event fee.
