LIVING AREAS
The luxurious living spaces at villa Salina are divided over the three floors and also include a spacious rooftop terrace overlooking 360 degree panoramic views. The ground floor living area includes a lounge and TV room while the second lounge on the first floor also has a TV area.
The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table to seat 12 guests. Other indoor attractions include a private cinema room with a projector screen and surround sound, a games room with a ping pong table, and a well-equipped gym. Outdoors, the 20-metre swimming pool is surrounded by a generous sun and provides easy access to the beach.
BEDROOMS
The six air-conditioned bedrooms of Salina villa are spread over two floors with the master occupying the second floor. It is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor facilities. The private terrace offers 360-degree views of the ocean and the surrounding island. The second and third bedrooms are also on the second floor and include a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms, on the ground floor, have king-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom, also on the ground floor, features two single beds and a bathroom.

Located in Mirissa close to the departure point for whale watching and within an easy tuk tuk ride of the surf breaks at Welligama.
The villa is situated on an amazing headland overlooking a stunning and secluded beach and the warm turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Located near Mirissa, at the Southern tip of Sri Lanka, Salina offers privacy and location, and is therefore an ideal setting in which to relax, unwind and reconnect with family and friends. Salina is located 45 minutes south of the wonderful UNESCO Heritage Galle Fort. The journey to Salina from Colombo’s international airport will take approx. 2 hours via the Southern Highway.
Explore the crescent shaped beaches of Mirissa and Weligama. The southern tip of Sri Lanka is considered one of the best locations in the world for spotting Whales and Dolphins. During December to April, whale and dolphin watching excursions are organized by Mirissa Water Sports based at the Mirissa harbour. They also offer a range of activities such as coastal cruises, sea kayaking, snorkeling and boating. Scuba diving is possible in nearby Dickwella and surfing is ideal in Unawatuna and Mirissa. The historic town of Galle, with its 17th century Dutch Fort, is just 45 minutes away. With its well-preserved ramparts overlooking the cricket stadium, narrow streets lined with Dutch and British colonial buildings still in use, and growing collection of art galleries, shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique hotels, we think it is a ‘must’ to visit whilst in the area.
