Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

We had an amazing stay in Infinity View Phuket villa for our girls' weekend away. The villa is stunning and beautifully decorated, every bedroom has its own character and tastefully laid out bathrooms. The swimming pool area is spacious and views on sea are really gorgeous with amazing sunsets. Location is very good with Kata and Kata Noi beaches at walking distance. Villa is close to restaurants with great breakfast and dining options especially the Mom Tri's Villa Royale which is next door. I would totally recommend Infinity View Phuket villa and can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing time with my friends in this beautifully decorated villa . I love the amazing pool overlooking the sea and its at walking distance to Kata yai & Kata noi beaches. All bedrooms & beds are super comfortable and quiet, ideal for friends gathering or family stay.

Stunning villa with a breathtaking view and a very large swimming pool. Every single room is spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. They have en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, full privacy from one room to the other... The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a large group. Same with the living room, dinning table or outdoor patio, they all have plenty of seating options. It is a very short walk to the beach, local minimarts and some very nice restaurants (especially the restaurant in the hotel next door). Highly recommended.

Beautiful rooms and swimming pool with a lovely private creek for a private sunset experience. The hotel nearby is hidden in the nature and very Thai inspired making in a great place for breakfast or dinner. The spa offers a very good service as well. Beach, restaurant and bars are at walking distance.

Stayed there during Chinese new year, the views are absolutely fabulous. This is very close (5 mins walk) to 3 excellent restaurants : Mom Tri Kitchen (where you are seated just above Kata Noi beach) , Kata Rocks (great place for breakfast) and Issara (just across the road). It is also 5 minutes walk to Kata Noi beach (nicer and less crowded) and also Kata Beach (better for activities, beachside food, and massages).
Location
Infinity View is perched on the headland above Kata Noi Beach, a small cove of white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa is perfectly located for those who love beach strolls or fun in the sea, with access to two of the best beaches in Phuket. Kata Noi Beach and Kata Beach are both within a five-minute walking distance. Kata Noi is located on the south-west coast of Phuket, adjacent to the more popular Kata Beach to the south. The beach is exclusive to a few luxury resorts and is often devoid of holiday crowds. The 700-metre beach has a lush jungle backdrop and is located on a dead-end road. The sea is not deep, and from December to April extremely calm. For those looking to splash in the waves, there is excellent surfing here from May to October. The small village bordering Kata Noi Beach has a few authentic local Thai restaurants and several upscale eateries.
Infinity View is also merely 5 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants of Kata Beach where you will find a larger selection of restaurants, shopping boutiques, tour operators and pubs to enjoy an evening out. The villa is nested right in the middle of two multi-awarded restaurants – Mom Tri Kitchen and Kata Rocks, both of which are its immediate neighbours. Phuket International Airport is approximately one hour away, Patong Beach fifteen minutes away, and Phuket Old Town thirty minutes by car.
