Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 80 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 80 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 75 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 74 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

This place was something else. Stayed in Villa Radha. Felt like we were in some kind of paradise away from all the fuss. From the service to the rooms itself, everything was top-notch. Came here for my girlfriend's birthday, had a little surprise planned. Our manager Gede and the team went above and beyond on the decorations. Food here were divine as well! Would definitely come back!

Very very nice staffs and quit, comfortable place for just staying here to relax for the vacation. There is garden, swimming pool, and pond to chill. Full of green to build the privacy between villas. It’s also close to the beach where just take less than 20min to walk to.

The meticulously attention to detail is nothing but mesmerizing. The owners collected various antiques from all Indonesia and have it readily, and openly displayed to all the guests to enjoy is remarkable. The staff are warm detailed and adaptable to all the guests needs. This privately owned villa is world class by any measurable standard. One of the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Dea Villas is located on a quiet side road in Berawa close to Canggu. Dotted among the rice fields are luxury villas, local communities and an increasing number of restaurants and spas.
