Not only does this villa cater to adults, but children are also well-provided for. The upper floor features a spacious and colorful children’s dorm with contemporary bunk beds, and another room offers stylish sleepovers with six single beds. Achieve a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor living as you explore the various spaces and levels of this impressive residence. The beach level offers sunbeds, a large lawn for games and events, a spa sala, a beach bar, and a panorama deck with a jacuzzi for six guests. On the pool level, enjoy a large dining and living area, a coffee/breakfast corner, a multi-use area for various activities, and a pool sala exclusively for our guests. The arrival level features a front office/lobby, a welcome deck, a gym, three bedrooms, and two dorms. The remaining four bedrooms are located on levels two and three. Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 4% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation - Christmas and New Year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the villa's owner secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.

Absolutely the place to go back! I stayed in Villa 2 with my mom and we both loved it so much! The property is so nice and clean, and the pools are long and enjoyable to swim in. The staff are very helpful and super super friendly. We requested Thai food and they prepared it for us so well. It’s the most relaxing, convenient, great value and probably the best holiday villa I’ve ever stayed in!

Sangsuri Estate was absolutely incredible! The photos don’t do it justice. Our villa manager E and his staff were also extremely attentive and helpful. The meals, movies, outdoor dinner setups, and beachside massages were a few of our (many) favorite things about this villa. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, stunning accommodation in Koh Samui!

The Sangsuri villa is a phenomenal place to stay! It’s a modern styled Villa with multiple Rooms, (Whirl-) Pools & Chill Areas directly connected to a private beach. You have space for every kind of occasion without being cut off from the rest of the city. The beach just like every other area is clean and beautiful. I recommend to try a smoothie from the service, they’re addictive! Especially the service is super friendly and gets after all your wishes :)

Amazing luxury villa holiday. The service from Fon and her team is the best we have ever experienced . They truly care and just made it so relaxing for us . We loved the Villa meals and complimentary massages by the beach. Affordable van transport made getting around the island to different activities very efficient. Location
Sangsuri Villa 1 is one of three villas on a peaceful, unspoiled stretch of beach on Koh Samui’s east coast. The villa is 10 minutes from Samui International Airport, 5 minutes from the small coastal village of Choeng Mon, and 10 minutes from the larger, more popular tourist destination of Chaweng. There are several fine resorts and villas in the vicinity, but all three Sangsuri villas are hidden from view and sit within their own beautifully planted, lawned, and sheltered oceanside grounds.
