As someone who has stayed in quite a number of private villas and luxury properties, I usually understand that small hiccups can happen. What disappointed me here was not isolated mistakes, but a pattern in how situations were handled. The villa itself is aesthetically pleasing and well-designed. Unfortunately, the operational side did not meet the same standard. We had arranged a floating breakfast and requested that morning (before serving time) to have it set up on the dining table instead. The request was declined and we were still charged for the floating tray. Breakfast was also delivered later than scheduled and the continental selection was very basic for the price charged. During our in-villa BBQ dinner, the grilled fish was undercooked. When we highlighted it, the response felt unpolished and awkward rather than service-oriented. It was not the issue itself, but how it was handled that stood out. The massage booking was particularly concerning. Each guest in our group was informed that the others had upgraded to a 90-minute session. Later, we realised everyone had been told the same thing. From a guest perspective, this felt misleading. Even if unintended, it reflects poorly on transparency. We also arranged a yacht trip through the villa at a premium cost. Communication about timing was unclear, the boat condition differed from the promotional images, snorkelling locations were average, and overall coordination could have been stronger. One guest sustained a minor injury during boarding due to tide conditions. In hospitality, details and integrity make the difference between a beautiful stay and a memorable one. The property has potential, but service training, communication, and accountability need improvement.

Beautiful Villa, Extremely Disappointing Service This is my first negative review on Agoda, but the level of service we experienced was unacceptable. We requested a floating breakfast but changed our mind the morning of (texted at 8:20am for a 9:30am breakfast). We were told changes were not allowed and would still be charged. Breakfast arrived late at 10am, still on the floating tray, and was left beside the pool. We had to request again for it to be placed on the table. The “continental breakfast” was shockingly minimal (1 egg, 1 sausage, half slice of bread, 2 small fruits per pax). We paid IDR 110,000 + 10% for a floating tray we did not even use. In-villa BBQ was worse. Burnt items were ignored, but the main fish was undercooked and impossible to cut. When we asked for help, a staff member rolled his eyes, cut the fish at the side, took a bite to “check”, and casually told us reheating would make it hard. That response alone speaks volumes about the service standard. The most concerning part was the massage upsell. All 4 of us were told, individually, that “your friends upgraded to 90 minutes.” Every single one of us was told the exact same story. Some weren’t even asked — just informed it was already changed. This was clearly misleading. When raised, management brushed it off as “miscommunication.” We also booked a SGD 1000 yacht trip through the villa. It was poorly coordinated: Driver claimed he waited since 10am but we were never informed. Snorkelling spots were underwhelming. Lunch was terrible. Boat condition did not match advertised photos. One friend injured her leg due to tide and poor docking control. For the amount paid, this was far below expectations. The villa is beautiful — but good aesthetics cannot compensate for poor service, lack of accountability, and questionable sales tactics. Would not return.

Beautiful villa in a private road. A great place to chill with plenty of space. Ayu took care of us very well and was really helpful to our request. The on site massage was great and worth trying.Internet speed was reasonable but the rooms further away from the living hall was abit weaker but still usable. No problems with ordering grab but Gojek may mark the back of the villa so take note to move the marker manually.There are some cafe nearby which are accessible on foot (5min).

Short but excellent experience at this gorgeous Villa. Everything is clean and seems like brand new. Rooms and beds are super cozy. The pool and hangout area is so chill and fun to be at. Staff was super helpful, professional and kind. TOP!!!!!

We absolutely loved this villa and had a fantastic stay. Ayu took great care of us and we had no problems communicating any requests to her. Very peaceful, comfortable villa, with a beautiful pool and lovely landscaping. We’ll be back.
