Everything was taken care of quietly and naturally, often before we even realized we needed something, while always respecting our privacy.The private chef was another highlight. The food was consistently excellent, and I loved how open and flexible she was in creating dishes exactly the way we wished. Every meal felt personal and thoughtful.The Lotus Villa itself is beautiful. Even though it is directly on the beach, it offers a wonderful sense of privacy. The layout is spacious yet intimate, making it easy to relax and truly settle in.We also enjoyed several in-villa treatments and facials, which were outstanding. Had a lovely stay at Villa Waterlily with the family. The place is clean, big and well kept! The beach is less than 3m away too! Sadly one of the rooms had a smell but thankfully there's other rooms available and they quickly helped us move rooms and attend to the issue. The in-house keepers were really good! Breakfast is loved too. Overall a really memorable stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely come here again.

Our group of 16 stayed in Villa Champak and Villa Bougainvillea for a special birthday celebration, and it was exceptional. Lilly, Alice, and the amazing staff took care of every detail, making our three-night stay truly memorable.
